DigSound, Inc. Goes Live With Digital Platform, VR24/7

SANTA MONICA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 5, 2006 -- DigSound, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGSU) (the "Company,", a global, emerging producer, billing, reporting and direct licensor of digital production music to Broadcast Industries and B2B markets, today announced the successful launch of its VR24/7 Monitoring and Reporting Platform. The platform is now actively receiving data from its network and making reports available to its customers.

The Company's VR24/7 platform provides its customers with a web-based, 24-hour access to music usage data on a near real-time reporting basis. The VR24/7 platform is tightly integrated with Nielsen Tracking Service's (a division of Nielsen Media Research Inc.) monitoring capabilities. Coupled with a robust proprietary back end data system, VR24/7 is able to serve up music usage data often times within less than twenty-four hours after a piece of music is played and detected. This seamless reporting feature allows composers and publishers, together with clients, access to their data on request, without the need to wait until the end of the month or the quarter to receive a hard copy report.

VR24/7 enables composers and publishers to see where their music is aired, allowing them to better understand the status of their performance royalty payments, as well as to see where their music is being used and whether licensing procedures have been properly established.

Improved tracking of content usage also opens up alternative revenue models and distribution methods, such as direct licensing, without which the composer, publisher or broadcaster may be hesitant to embrace.

DigSound, Inc. President and founder Paul Martin said, "The recent launch of the VR24/7 platform is just another example of where DigSound stands to capitalize on new technologies to drive innovation and vision in an industry where change is sorely needed. The new distribution and marketing channels opened up by the immediate availability of this data will undoubtedly drive future licensing opportunities for us. Our partnership with Nielsen and their industry prominence provides our customers with a level of dependability and security not found anywhere else."
