DineEquity, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

GLENDALE, CA--(Marketwire - July 7, 2008) - DineEquity, Inc. (NYSE: DIN), franchisor and operator of Applebee's and IHOP restaurants, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share payable August 19, 2008 to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2008. Future dividend declarations will be made at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will be based on such factors as the Company's earnings, financial condition, cash requirements, future prospects and other factors.
