Dinerware Adds Key Managers to Corporate Staff

SEATTLE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 5, 2007 -- Dinerware, Inc., the leading developer of restaurant POS (point of sale) software for independent restaurants and chains, has expanded its corporate management team with the addition of two senior managers to oversee Dinerware's Sales and Support departments. Lori Penor, a seasoned Microsoft professional with strong experience in program management and system engineering, is now Dinerware's Customer Support Manager. Rob Freytag, an industry expert in sales and channel marketing, is the new Northwest Sales Manager. Both came to Dinerware in 2006, a year marked by company wide exponential growth.

Lori and her team of IT professionals provide technical support to the users and resellers of Dinerware's restaurant POS software. In her new role as Customer Support Manager, Lori Penor is responsible for ensuring that Dinerware's customers and partners have the best product support available in the industry. As a former Technical Product Manager at Microsoft, Lori is exceedingly qualified to coordinate Dinerware's customer support department and has already made significant progress in decreasing call-back time while simultaneously increasing the quality and consistency of Dinerware's support services.

As an established sales leader with more than ten years of experience with a major supplier to the restaurant industry, Rob brings his proven track record and strong sales management discipline to Dinerware's Northwest Sales team. Rob's experience spans across both sales and marketing, and includes extensive knowledge of everything from marketing (having executed regional campaigns that included direct mail, promotions, special events, and trade shows) to sales planning and customer management. Rob has an M.B.A. from DePaul University (Chicago, IL) with a Concentration in Entrepreneurship.

"Our company is growing, and adding key leaders to our existing team of very talented people is the key to successful growth. We are impressed with both Lori's and Rob's experience, and the impact each one has already made on our business is phenomenal. I am looking forward to seeing what they will accomplish in 2007," said Jeff Riley, Dinerware's CEO.
