Direct Alliance Signs Agreement With EngagementHealth

New Program Extends Direct Alliance Presence in the Healthcare Market

TEMPE, AZ--(Marketwire - March 6, 2008) - Direct Alliance, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC) and a leading business process outsourcing provider of inside sales and marketing solutions, today announced it has signed an agreement with EngagementHealth, a Chicago-based company offering comprehensive health promotion solutions that reduce the costs of employer-sponsored group plans.

Under the terms of the agreement, Direct Alliance will provide business-to-business account management services that include lead generation, broker acquisition, and account retention. All services will be provided by a Direct Alliance inside sales team focused on promoting EngagementHealth's unique solutions to improve employee health, ultimately reducing the number of claims for preventable illnesses.
