Direct Alliance Wins Back-to-Back Stevie® Awards

Company Recognized for Outstanding Performance in Computer Hardware Sales and Coaching

TEMPE, AZ--(Marketwire - December 18, 2007) - Direct Alliance, a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEC) and a leading business process outsourcing provider of inside sales and marketing solutions, today announced that it has been recognized for outstanding sales achievements at the second annual Selling Power Sales Excellence Awards.

Direct Alliance was presented with two Stevie® Awards, the Best Run Computer Hardware Sales Organization of the Year -- for the second year in a row -- and Best Sales Coaching Program of the Year. The company was also a finalist for the Best Sales Incentive Program of the Year award.

The awards were jointly presented by Selling Power magazine and The Stevie Awards, which have been hailed as "the business world's own Oscars." Winners were recently announced during a gala banquet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Direct Alliance attributes its success as the best-run sales organization for two years in a row to the strategic integration of their analytics, electronic direct marketing, and inside sales capabilities. Deploying a management program to deepen accounts, using Web chat to integrate sales channels, and driving proactive initiatives to retain accounts all boosted sales performance across different client programs.

Direct Alliance's success as the best sales coaching program was based on a new lead generation initiative that helped sales employees achieve weekly goals faster. Additional benefits included a coaching time decrease from an average of 4.5 months to just two months, while lead volume continued to improve.
