ProPhotonix Limited, (London Stock Exchange - AIM: PPIX and PPIR, OTC:
STKR.PK) was notified on 22 October 2012 that Mark Blodgett, the
Company's Chairman and CEO, purchased 30,000 common shares of $0.001
in the Company ("Common Shares") at a price of $0.0386 per share.
Following this purchase his beneficial holding amounts to 2,667,173
Common Shares representing 3.51 per cent of Common Shares in issue.
