Director Resigns From Church and Crawford, Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 27, 2009) - Church and Crawford, Inc. (PINK SHEETS:CCWF) regretfully accepted Marc Kealey's resignation as a Director to its Board. Due to recent health issues he has decided to tender his resignation as a Director of the company and devote his time to his recuperation. We wish him a speedy recovery.
