                                              Directorate Changes

The Board of Accura Animal Health plc ("Accura" or the "Company") announces that due to the ongoing
market conditions, they believe that it is no longer appropriate for Accura to seek admission to Aim.

As a result of this decision and to reflect more appropriately the scale of the Company's current
business activities, Alan Reade, Bernard Ross, Professor Donald Davies and Kevin Bilyard resigned from
the Board of Accura with effect from 28 May 2009. Richard Cave has taken on the role of interim Chief
Executive and Kevin Leech will return to the board as Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr Leech commented "Unfortunately the AIM market has been effectively shut to new financings since last
September and the Company has therefore had to rethink its strategy with regards to commercialising its
exciting portfolio of products. To help execute on this strategy I have returned to the company as
Chairman".

Kevin made his first fortune from his family's funeral business selling out in the early 1980's to the
Co-Operative Bank. Shortly thereafter Kevin invested in a biotechnology company, ML Laboratories Plc,
which in 1987, after much lobbying by Kevin, became the first public biotechnology company to be
listed on the London Stock Exchange. In the 2000 Sunday Times Rich List he was listed as the
17th richest person in the country and was Jersey's first billionaire.

However, with the collapse of the dot-com sector, Kevin suffered as he had multiple holdings in such
companies. Kevin Leech has been an entrepreneur over the last 30 years making investments in many
private and well known companies. Kevin was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by Manchester University in
2001. Over the past few years Kevin has assisted Hands Around the World, a charity helping AIDS
orphans in Zambia.

Kevin is currently a Director of the following private companies, La Vignette Limited, La Vignette
Ventures Limited, Port Soderick Holdings Limited, Ghyll Limited, Partsworld Limited, Partsworld
Engineering Limited, Partsworld Warranties Limited, Hotpod Limited, Devilfish Gaming plc (England &
Wales company), and Reliant Partsworld Motor Parts Limited, most of which are Jersey companies.
Kevin was made "en desastre" by the Royal Courts of Jersey during October 2002, and has since
settled with creditors paying out a substantial sum of money. Kevin was discharged from being "en
desastre" during February 2005.

Following the changes to the Board, the Director's holdings in the Company are now as follows:

Name Number of Issued Percentage
