Directors Announce Acquisition of Common Shares of Strata-X Ltd.

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Sept. 30, 2011) -

Further to the news release of Strata-X Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:SXE) ("Strata-X" or the "Corporation", formerly Ozcapital Ventures Inc.) dated September 22, 2011, with respect to the completion of the Corporation's Qualifying Transaction, three directors of Strata-X announce their acquisition of common shares of the Corporation.

Effective September 22, 2011, Peak Resource Management, Inc. ("Peak") a private company wholly owned by Tim Hoops and his spouse, acquired a total of 6,000,000 common shares of Strata-X, representing approximately 14.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Strata-X, through the share exchange constituting the Qualifying Transaction. Mr. Hoops is a director, President and CEO of the Corporation Similarly, on the same day, R&M Oil and Gas, LLLP ("R&M") a private entity which is owned by Peak Resources (60.4%) and Tim Bradley (39.6%), acquired a total of 6,000,000 common shares of Strata-X, representing approximately 14.2% of the issued and outstanding common shares through the share exchange. Mr. Bradley is a director and CFO of Strata-X. In addition, on September 22, 2011, Prepet Pty Ltd. ("Prepet") a private company wholly-owned by Ron Prefontaine, a director of the Corporation acquired a total of 4,400,000 common shares, representing approximately 10.4% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Strata-X, by way of the same share exchange as well as through a concurrent private placement.

As a result of these transactions, Peak holds 6,000,000 common shares, R&M holds 6,000,000 common shares, and Prepet now holds a total of 5,636,000 common shares representing approximately 18.5% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Strata-X. There are no other persons acting jointly or in concert with Peak, R&M, Prepet, Mr. Hoops, Mr. Bradley or Mr. Prefontaine.

Each of Peak, R&M and Prepet effected the acquisition of the common shares for long term investment purposes. Peak, R&M and Prepet each reserve the right to purchase additional securities of Strata-X or to dispose of any securities of Strata-X that they may own, from time to time.
