Discovery Capital Corporation-Early Warning Disclosure re Texada Software Inc.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Sept. 1, 2005) - Discovery Capital Corporation ("Discovery Capital") (TSX VENTURE:DVY.Y) has agreed to purchase 120 Units of Texada Software Inc. ("Texada"), each Unit consisting of (i) $1,000 principal amount 8% senior secured convertible debentures ("Debentures") and (ii) 10,000 warrants, each warrant exercisable into 1 common share of Texada at an exercise price of $0.11. Upon conversion of the Debentures, Discovery Capital would have ownership and control or direction over approximately 25.3% of the issued and outstanding shares of Texada (21.7% assuming conversion of all Debentures issued under the private placement as announced by Texada on August 5, 2005). Discovery Capital may acquire ownership of or control or direction over additional securities of Texada, or dispose of securities of Texada, as circumstances or market conditions warrant or arise.
