BAY HARBOR, FL--(Marketwire - Feb 26, 2013) - SmartMetric, Inc. (OTCQB: SMME) -- Speaking today, the President & CEO of SmartMetric, Inc. Chaya Hendrick said SmartMetric is encouraged by the Courts ruling in keeping the trial date of September 2013.
