Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX:DIV) (the "Corporation" or "DIV") is pleased to announce that at its special meeting of shareholders held on November 10, 2016 (the "Meeting"), shareholders passed a special resolution to approve the reduction of the stated capital of the Corporation's common shares to $200.0 million. The special resolution was approved by approximately 99.24% of the votes cast at the Meeting.
