Diversified Royalty Corp. Announces TSX Graduation


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 8, 2014) - Diversified Royalty Corp. (TSX VENTURE:DIV.H) (the "Corporation" or "DIV") is pleased to announce that effective at the open of trading on Thursday October 9, 2014, DIV's common shares will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX under the symbol "DIV".

As a result of the graduation to the TSX, there will be no further trading under the symbol "DIV.H" on the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange after the close of business Wednesday October 8, 2014 and DIV's common shares will be delisted from the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange upon the commencement of trading on the TSX.
