Dividend and Income Fund Announces Availability of Net Asset Value (NAV) Information

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - March 31, 2011) - Dividend and Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE: DNI) today announced the availability of its daily NAV using the NAV Symbol XDNIX.

The Fund is a closed end diversified investment management company whose primary investment objective is to seek high current income by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 50% of its total assets in income-generating equity securities, including dividend paying common stocks, convertible securities, preferred stocks, and other equity-related securities.
