Divine and m-Wise Launch First UK Text Sudoku Competition in "The Times"

WILMINGTON, DE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 15, 2006 --New mobile and wireless services brand Divine and mobile content technology vendor m-Wise (OTCBB: MWIS) announce the launch of a major new text Sudoku game with leading UK daily newspaper, "The Times."

The Game Challenge gives readers the chance to complete a Sudoku puzzle and text certain missing numbers in order to win. With prizes that include cars and cash prizes, this is the latest twist in the Sudoku phenomenon that is sweeping across the world.

"The Times" will offer its millions of readers the chance to win daily cash prizes. Readers will be asked to complete the puzzle and send designated puzzle information via text message to a local UK shortcode number that is connected to all UK mobile operators. The game, developed by Divine, will be implemented and delivered by mobile content technology specialists M-Wise. The Sudoku challenge will run indefinitely and it will also be supported through Times Online.

The game is part of a series of major new initiatives in mobile and wireless that Divine and m-Wise have planned in '06 and '07 ushering in a wave of truly revolutionary interactive consumer services.
