DLT Service Center Closes 2009 With Record Year

The DLT Service Center, which launched in 2005 to offer support to Symantec customers, expanded in 2009 to include technical support for both NetApp and Quantum hardware and software products. DLT's engineers are vendor-certified and trained to support heterogeneous technology environments. 

In 2009, the Service Center served its customer base with unprecedented results. As a start, DLT's entitlement team ensures that the average hold time for customers does not exceed 8 seconds. As evidence of their technical expertise and value to customers and partners, DLT engineers closed 98.29 percent of the total number of cases opened without having to escalate to the respective vendor partners. Plus, the average case lifecycle continues to remain under 100 minutes from initial contact to final case closure.
