DM Products, Inc. Announces the Completion of Its Audited Financial Statements

WALNUT CREEK, CA--(Marketwire - February 22, 2010) -  DM Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DMPD) ( announced today that Beckstead and Watts, LLP, has completed the company's audited financial statements and the company is now in the position of finalizing its registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. "We have been anxiously awaiting the audited financials, and greatly appreciate the time, effort and professionalism of Beckstead and Watts," says Kurt Cockrum, President and Chairman of DM Products, Inc. "However, during the audit, we have been continuously working on the registration documents and have retained the highly respected law firm of CANE CLARKE, LLP, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, to guide us through our S-1 filing."
