DM Products Receives Letter of Intent From Real Life Products for Exclusive Rights Agreement

COSTA MESA, CA--(Marketwire - December 10, 2007) - DM Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DMPD) ( announced today that they have just signed a Letter of Intent with Real Life Products, Inc. for the exclusive marketing and distribution rights to the new patented "Chef's Edge" frying drain pan.

Real Life Products, Inc. develops, markets and sells consumer products worldwide via television advertising, retail stores, direct mail and catalogs. The company has developed lines of unique patented products that provide innovative solutions for today's consumers.

This unique and amazing new gourmet skillet has a built-in patented rim splatter guard with a slide out strainer for draining off unwanted excess grease and fat by just tilting the pan to the side. When using the Chef's Edge, separate strainers are no longer needed. This frying pan will attract both the professional and novices chefs. It is also dishwasher safe.
