DNA Dynamics, Inc Opens New Development Centre

DNAD Looks for Aggressive Growth in 2011 With New Premises

LONDON--(Marketwire - March 29, 2011) - DNA Dynamics, Inc (PINKSHEETS: DNAD) is to open a New European Development Centre in Royal Leamington Spa, UK with room to accommodate an additional 25 developers as well as a Sales and Marketing contingency.

Ed Blincoe recently announced that he had signed a Letter of Intent with Paul Ranson, Managing Director of SLAM Productions, making SLAM a wholly owned subsidiary of DNA Dynamics, Inc. Ed commented, "We acquired Appache Mobile in late 2010 and that, coupled with the development team, operations and technology that SLAM brings to the table, means that I am very excited about the growth potential of this business."

He continued, "We need to have the room to grow and, given that Leamington is the home of some of the most talented development teams in Europe, we see it as a place to set down our roots. While we will ramp up our core team slowly the new offices give us the opportunity to take on some of the contracts we have been looking at over the past few weeks with room to house the staff required to deliver them."

The new office allows DNA Dynamics to bring together the staff currently working at different locations and to build a Center of Excellence in the heart of one of Europe's gaming hubs. DNA Dynamics will take possession of the new offices on April 4th, 2011.

DNA Dynamics, Inc recently confirmed that it had filed the relevant paperwork with the State of Delaware to reduce the Authorized Share Capital from 950m to 350m in order to make the company a long term investment for its shareholder base and to increase the value of their position in the business.
