DocFinity Releases Software Version 10.5

Release Features New Modules, New Features, New Functionality

In Version 10.5:

  • A new Records Management module spans the entire records lifecycle, enabling you to protect your corporate records from the point of receipt or creation to the point of disposal.
  • Support for IBM WebSphere®, a powerful and widely used server technology, enables WebSphere enterprises to leverage their existing resources. With JBoss and WebSphere, DocFinity covers the most widely used application servers on the market.
  • Rubber Stamp expands annotation capabilities by enabling users to create "stamps" such as Approved, Denied, Pending, or anything else, including author and date information right in the stamp.
  • DocFinity Exporter enables users to efficiently export collections of documents and data from the DocFinity system to clients and business partners via CD, DVD, and other media.
  • With the addition of Records Management and DocFinity Exporter, DocFinity is capable of eDiscovery, supporting discovery searches, placing collections on legal hold, and exporting copies of record collections as discovery as needed.
