DocFinity's Customer Alliance Board to Conduct Webinar Series

Sessions Will Be Held Quarterly Starting in 2012

STATE COLLEGE, PA--(Marketwire - Dec 13, 2011) - DocFinity, a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) and business process management (BPM) software to the insurance, healthcare, higher education, and other industries, announces a series of webinars created and conducted by its Customer Alliance Board (CAB). The series was created in response to the CAB's first webinar, "Best Practices for Utilizing DocFinity Email Importer," held on December 5. A full 20 percent of DocFinity's customers registered for this first webinar. As a result, future sessions will be conducted quarterly, beginning in the first quarter of 2012. The webinars are free to all DocFinity Customers.

"It's gratifying that DocFinity gives us the opportunity to conduct these webinars and to work peer-to-peer," said Jim Sibenaller, Director, Enterprise Architecture & PMO at Loyola University Chicago and Chair of the (CAB). "It characterizes the respect that exists between DocFinity and its customers. And it gives us a chance to share information and usability tips with each other to maximize our investments in the system. I don't know of many companies that give their customers this kind of autonomy."

DocFinity's Email Importer captures emails into DocFinity to enhance productivity, reduce errors, and comply with corporate records management regulations. The webinar covered effective email management, setting up Email Importers for end users, and ROI for multi-department use. The session was presented by Greg Cook, an ECM and ERM certified Imaging Technician at Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company.

In addition, the DocFinity Knowledge Base, an online portal for DocFinity Documentation, now features a section devoted to CAB 'Best Practices' materials. CAB mentor programs for new and existing clients looking for guidance on projects are also enhancing the DocFinity customer experience.
