Dockwise Ltd - Appointment of Board Member

BREDA, NORWAY--(Marketwire - September 18, 2007) -

Hamilton, Bermuda, 18 September 2007 - Dockwise Ltd ("Dockwise"), one of the world's leading integrated heavy lift sea transport companies, announces that Mr. Menno Antal has been appointed as a Member of the Board.

Mr. Menno Antal replaces Mr. Mark Dickinson as the representative of 3i and funds managed by 3i, Dockwise's main shareholder, on the Dockwise Board of Directors, following Mr. Dickinson's resignation from 3i. Mr. Menno Antal is Partner, Managing Director 3i Benelux and will continue to serve on the Nomination Committee of Dockwise. The appointment is effective immediately.
