LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 7, 2011) - Imperial Capital, LLC announced that Don Ritucci has joined the Firm as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group based out of the firm's New York office. Mr. Ritucci will lead Imperial Capital's investment banking practice in the Healthcare sector.
Mr. Ritucci has more than 13 years of investment banking experience and was most recently a Managing Director in the Global Healthcare Group at UBS Investment Bank. He comes to Imperial Capital with extensive experience in the healthcare industry and has completed over $50 billion of advisory and financing transactions. He has managed numerous transactions involving healthcare services, including facility based providers, alternate site, behavioral and social services, and dental services. Mr. Ritucci earned an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.
