MONTREAL--(Marketwire - June 6, 2007) - Donni Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DNNI) is pleased to respond to numerous shareholder inquiries regarding the Company's expansion plans.

"Donini has received numerous shareholder inquiries regarding our expansion plans. The Company is reviewing three targets for possible acquisition," said Peter Deros, President of Donini Inc. Furthermore, Mr. Deros advised us that, "All of these acquisition targets have proven business models and are leaders in the fast food marketplace with large top line revenue numbers."

Mr. Deros added, "A successful transition to the Donini family requires careful negotiation and our due diligence process is quite extensive. We will make an acquisition which builds shareholder equity and will be largely non-dilutive for Donini's present stockholders. We are confident that we will find a perfect fit for our business in Montreal and our growing efforts in Toronto and New Jersey."

In closing, Mr. Deros stated, "The Company intends to execute a value added business combination and we are confident that we will be able to close a transaction very soon, hopefully by month end."
