FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 5, 2014) - Becker & Poliakoff is pleased to announce that attorney Donna DiMaggio Berger has rejoined the firm's Community Association Law practice group as a shareholder in Ft. Lauderdale.

Ms. Berger served as a member of the firm's Community Association Law practice group from 1992 to 2007. In 2007, she joined the Broward County-based law firm of Katzman & Korr and became a name partner in 2010.
