Donovan Creative Adds Eight Davey Awards to Its Mantle

Alberta Agency Awarded Two Gold and Six Silver Davey Awards for its work with EIA and EPL

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 17, 2010) - DONOVAN Creative Communications (DONOVAN), an Edmonton-based marketing communications agency, is celebrating the addition of eight Davey Awards for its work with Edmonton International Airport (EIA) and Edmonton Public Library (EPL).

DONOVAN Creative received two gold awards, as well as six silver awards, for its work on the EIA 'Stop the Calgary Habit' advertising campaign and the EPL rebrand and advertising campaign.

The Davey Awards are sanctioned by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, and exclusively honour the finest firms, agencies, and companies in the world that have gross billings of less than 25 million dollars USD. From a field of approximately 4,000 entries hailing from all over the world, DONOVAN's work was recognized by an elite panel of judges. Drawing on top-tier professionals from entertainment, agency, marketing and communications fields, the panel included experts from Disney, Condè Nast, Michael Kors Inc., The Ellen Degeneres Show, Microsoft, HBO, Monster.com, MTV, Polo Ralph Lauren, Sotheby's Institute of Art, Victoria's Secret, and Howcast.
