Dorman Releases New Diesel Products and Over 150 Other New Products in March

COLMAR, PA--(Marketwire - March 25, 2011) - Dorman Products, Inc. (NASDAQ: DORM), has just released over 150 new products this month, featuring Formerly "Dealer Only" parts that were previously unavailable in the Aftermarket. For example, our EGR Cooler and Fuel Filter Bleed Screws provide Technicians servicing the growing diesel vehicle population the convenience of sourcing these parts from their preferred Aftermarket parts supplier.

The EGR Cooler fits Ford vehicles from 2005-2007 with a 6.0L diesel. The Dorman engineered part features upgraded stainless steel end caps for increased durability and includes all gaskets, seals, o-rings and bolts needed for a complete repair.

Fuel Filter Air Bleeders for GM vehicles from 2004-2009, with a 6.6L Duramax diesel, are often stripped or lost when servicing the fuel filter. Dorman includes five Air Bleed Screws for convenience.

The Variable Valve Timing Solenoid actuates the Variable Valve timing by controlling oil flow and pressure on over 2 million GM trucks from 2002-2010. Oil sludge builds up on screens and precision orifices hinder oil flow resulting in drivability issues.
