DOT Resources Ltd.: 2007 Diamond Drilling Exploration Program Commences

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 29, 2007) - DOT Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:DOT) ("DOT" or the "Corporation") is pleased to provide an update on the 2007 geophysical program and the commencement of a 3,000 metre ("m") diamond drilling program on its Dot porphyry copper +/- molybdenum, gold, silver property (the "Property"). The Property is located 17 kilometres south of the Highland Valley Mining District, located in central British Columbia.

Four known zones of copper mineralization occur (see News Release dated October 11, 2007) inside a northwest-southeast trending structural zone that crosses the Property. Included in this trend are three additional geophysical (Induced Polarization/Resistivity) targets that were located in 2006 and are interpreted to be zones of sulphide mineralization.

The first phase of the 2007 exploration program consisting of geophysical surveys (Induced Polarization/ Resistivity, total field magnetometer and Very Low Frequency - Electromagnetics ("VLF-EM")) and surface mapping, was completed recently within the interpreted structural trend to the northwest, southeast and west of the four known zones of copper mineralization. Interpretation of the data from these surveys is in progress.

The diamond drilling program consisting of approximately 16 diamond drill holes totaling 3,000 m will be completed utilizing two diamond drills. The diamond drilling is expected to be completed before the end of December, 2007. The analytical results will be released on receipt thereof. Contingent on the results of this initial drilling program, additional diamond drilling may be considered.

Diamond drilling has commenced on the Northwest and Southeast zones of copper mineralization. Up to six infill and confirmation holes will be completed on these two zones to confirm the historical drill results generated in 1996 and 1997.

The remaining 10 holes of the 2007 diamond drilling program are designed to test the:

a) strike extension of the Southeast zone of copper mineralization,

b) the Vimy zone of copper mineralization, and

c) the three geophysical targets located by the 2006 geophysical surveys.
