Dot VN, Inc. Signs Land Lease Agreement to Build Internet Data Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - September 15, 2009) - Dot VN, Inc. (http://www.DotVN.com) (OTCBB: DTVI), an Internet and Telecommunications Company and the exclusive online global domain name registrar for the Country of Vietnam, announced today that it has signed a 50-year land lease agreement with Saigon Hi-Tech Park for approximately 6,040 square meters (65,014 sq. ft.) in order to build and operate a Tier III Internet data center (IDC). The IDC will serve as the primary Dot VN data center in the southern region of Vietnam as well as offer a redundant backup site for other regions.

Saigon Hi-Tech Park offers easy access to the Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Saigon Harbor and downtown Ho Chi Minh City and features international standard infrastructure. Ho Chi Minh City is Vietnam's largest city and the country's financial center.

Notable tenants of the Saigon Hi-Tech Park include Intel Products Vietnam, which manufactures computer microprocessors and chipsets, and Nidec Corporation of Japan, a manufacturer of stepping motors, optical pick-up and precise servo motors.
