Dot VN, Inc. Signs Second Strategic Partnership With Key-Systems GmbH to Commercialize Dot VN's Exclusive .VN Industry Domains

SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - September 22, 2009) - Dot VN, Inc. ( (OTCBB: DTVI), an Internet and Telecommunications Company and the exclusive online global domain name registrar for the Country of Vietnam, announced that it has signed a second strategic partnership agreement with Key-Systems GmbH, a leading Internet services provider based in Zweibrücken, Germany, providing Top Level Domain (TLD) registration, management and reselling services.

In the agreement, Key-Systems will provide both the hardware and software to host the registration platform for the 24 industry specific sub-domain names ("Industry Domains") exclusively offered and managed directly by Dot VN. Dot VN commenced taking sunrise period reservations in March 2009, which allowed registrants who owned trademarks to register an industry domain name containing their owned mark(s). Additionally, the agreement will offer Dot VN's industry domains to the Key-Systems' network of 1,400 global resellers.

"To date, we have received over 200 reservations for our exclusive Industry Domains. Dot VN is the only Company in the world to have the rights to commercialize these domains. This second agreement with Key-Systems opens up access to the .VN ccTLD to a massive network of international domain resellers, and can offer us an immediate additional revenue source. Our partnership with Key-Systems will generate another strong revenue stream for the Company," said Thomas Johnson, CEO of Dot VN, Inc. "We have boosted our reseller network from 190 to 1,590, meaning that there are exponentially more opportunities for individuals, corporations and organizations across the world to purchase a .VN industry domain name. We also intend to work closely with individual resellers to promote and market the .VN brand and web services, as these are new options now available to their customers."

Key-Systems' registration platform currently manages more than 2.5 million domain names for customers around the world. As an official member of DENIC eG, the central register for the Top Level Domain ".de" for Germany, and many other ccTLD registries, Key-Systems has direct access to the registration systems and is able to provide applications in real time.

"We are glad to support the implementation of Dot VN's 24 industry domains with our technical infrastructure. The fact that Dot VN chose us as a technical partner confirms our reputation in the domain industry," said Key-Systems CEO Alexander Siffrin. "The registration platform we provide will allow direct, real-time access to the new domain names."
