Recruitment Process Outsourcing Firm Hires Industry Veteran to Accelerate Company Growth

Lubin brings to Seven Step a deep well of experience in developing innovative talent acquisition strategies for organizations across a range of industries. Prior to joining Seven Step, Lubin was the Director of Recruitment Process Outsourcing Solutions at Yoh RPO. In this role, he was responsible for new client strategic development, both domestically and globally. His successes include the design, development and implementation of high performing talent management solutions, which enable clients to source, manage and retain top talent. Past clients include companies such as State Street, HSBC, GSK and UPS. Doug's nearly two decades in the RPO industry also includes leadership roles at Pinstripe, Adecco, and Kelly HRfirst.
