Downtown Orlando Condo-Hotel Project, The Lexington, Taps The Carroll Adams Group, Inc. for Purchasing

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 15, 2005 -- The developers converting the former Holiday Inn in downtown Orlando into a luxury condo-hotel have selected The Carroll Adams Group, Inc. (www.carrolladams.com) to provide FF&E purchasing services for the $25 million dollar redevelopment. To be called The Lexington, the hotel will have 228 units with anticipated availability in spring 2006. The development group, CityPlace LLC, is aiming for "four- or five-star quality" for its studio and one-bedroom units, as well as a penthouse suite. Later plans include the addition of a 1,000-unit condominium tower on the site as well.

The hotel, currently operating as an American Best Value Inn, will close in December for the final phase renovations, and reopen in the spring as The Lexington, and will be managed by Regency Management.
