SANTA ROSA, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 15, 2011) - World-class runners will be making their way to Santa Rosa for the 2011 Santa Rosa Marathon and all its festivities and as a preferred partner of this "True Grit" running experience the Courtyard Santa Rosa airport hotel is gearing up for the event as the headquarter hotel and host of the Santa Rosa Marathon's Health and Fitness Expo.
While race day is set for Sunday, August 28, the Health Expo opens at 1 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 26 and will feature a variety of vendors and running related organizations. Webb, a silver medalist in the Western States 100-mile endurance race and 14-time finisher in the Badwater 135-mile endurance race, also serves as race director; while Aldridge, a high school All-American and two-time Napa Valley Marathon Champion, is a longtime Sonoma County runner and coach.
