Doylestown Hospital Selects MEDSEEK to Enhance Website Serving Four Locations in North Suburban Philadelphia

SOLVANG, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 5, 2007 -- MEDSEEK, a leading provider of enterprise e-health solutions with 600-plus hospital clients around the country, announced today that it has been selected by Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown, Pa., to redesign its website. Doylestown Hospital is a regional healthcare resource encompassing more than 400 acute and long-term care beds in three locations: Doylestown Hospital, Pine Run Health Care Center and Pine Run Lakeview.

Doylestown Hospital's immediate goal is to utilize SiteMakerE, MEDSEEK's rapid-development content management system, to build a cleaner and more efficient user-friendly site. In the future, Doylestown Hospital aims to create a consumer portal allowing patients to access relevant and reliable health information and complete important tasks online such as pre-registration, pay bills, register for classes and events, and submit donations for the expansion of the hospital's emergency department.

An internet strategy committee composed of 10 hospital employees created a wish list of website functionalities, and then embarked on a two-year mission to identify a vendor to meet its needs. According to Rick Lang, Doylestown Hospitals' CIO, "We selected MEDSEEK after evaluating several vendors. Our goal was to partner with a company that could expand and grow with our needs, continually introduce new web-based solutions and help us to easily and effectively connect with our patients, physicians, consumers and employees."

According to Mike Drake, CEO of MEDSEEK, "We look forward to helping Doylestown Hospital achieve its goals of advancing technology to empower multiple stakeholders, including patients, consumers, physicians and employees with advanced online communication tools."
