DPF India Opportunities Fund Raises Total Gross Proceeds of $252,250,000 After Exercise of Over-Allotment Option

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 11, 2007) -


Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Ltd. ("Goodman & Company" or the "Manager"), manager of the Dynamic family of mutual funds, is pleased to announce that DPF India Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") has issued an additional 3,750,000 warrants ("Warrant") of the Fund at a price of $0.60 per Warrant for gross proceeds of $2,250,000 pursuant to the exercise by the agents of their over-allotment option. Each Warrant shall entitle the holder to purchase one trust unit ("Trust Unit") of the Fund at a subscription price of $12.50 per Trust Unit on or before August 14, 2010, as described in the final prospectus of the Fund dated August 2, 2007. Including the over-allotment option, total gross proceeds raised under the Fund's initial public offering were $252,250,000. The Fund's Trust Units and Warrants trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") under the symbols DPF.UN and DPF.WT, respectively.
