DPM Announces Board Change


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 26, 2012) - Dundee Precious Metals Inc. (TSX:DPM)(TSX:DPM.WT.A) ("DPM" or "the Company") has announced that Ned Goodman has resigned as a director of the Company. Having co-founded DPM (formerly BGR Precious Metals Inc.) in 1983, in partnership with N.M. Rothschild, Guardian Trustco and Beutel Goodman, Mr. Goodman has served as a director since its inception. The Company wishes to express its appreciation for the many years of leadership and support he has provided, particularly during its transition to an international gold mining company.

Mr. Goodman continues in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A), an asset management firm providing merchant banking and capital markets services focused in the areas of its core competencies including real estate and infrastructure as well as energy, resources and agriculture.

Dundee Corporation, of which Ned Goodman is a controlling shareholder, remains a significant shareholder of DPM, owning approximately 23% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
