dPollution International Inc. (RMGX) 2011 Q1 Update to Shareholders

NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwire - Jan. 12, 2011) - dPollution International Inc. (PINK SHEETS:RMGX), manufacturer of the patented dPollution Device, today provided an update to shareholders in an open letter from company President and Chief Executive Officer Rocco Di Fruscia.

Dear Fellow Shareholders,

I am pleased to review for you our business successes in 2010 and to update you on our current and ongoing initiatives to drive sales and enhance investor value.

Without question, 2010 was a watershed year for your company.

First and foremost, we are pleased that we were able to announce the first fleet sales agreement for the dPollution Device. Importantly, we also performed much hard work that we expect will lead to further sales announcements in the coming months. This past year was also a period in which the effectiveness of the dPollution Device in reducing pollution and improving fuel economy was validated by multiple independent studies. Our accomplishments in 2010 further included our entrance into the public markets and the significant progress we have made toward the strengthening of our management team and the creation of an international clean-energy brand.

Specific milestones achieved during 2010 include:

  • Signed an agreement to supply 3,000 units of the dPollution Device to the association of tourist bus drivers in the Province of Lazio, Italy.

  • Received a Letter of Intent from the Suriname Ministry of Public Works and Directorate of Civil and Technical Works for the purchase of 1,000 units of the dPollution Device, based on successful product testing.

  • Announced breakthrough independent research, conducted by chemist Domenico Chiovitti (Order Des Chimistes –1979-144) at the OTI Canada Group research facility in Montreal, showing that the dPollution Device "cracks" longer-chain hydrocarbons into shorter molecules, resulting in fuel that burns more completely and efficiently.

  • Reported that VM Motori of Italy, one of the world's leading manufacturers of diesel engines, conducted independent research showing that the dPollution Device delivered significant improvements in engine fuel consumption, torque, temperature and power.

  • Reported that Engine System Development Centre (ESDC), a leading applied research center dedicated to large-bore diesel engines, conducted independent research showing that the dPollution Device reduced the mass emission rate of total hydrocarbons (THC) by 12.9%; the rate of carbon monoxide (CO) by 7.4%; and the rate of particulate matter (PM) by 6.5%.

  • Reported that Environmental Research & Development Corp., an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)-approved research facility in Maryland, conducted independent research based on EPA protocols showing that the dPollution Device reduced emissions substantially, while also improving fuel economy

Our achievements in 2010 position us to continue building momentum in the year ahead as we complete the transition of the dPollution Device from the R&D stage to the marketplace. Here are some of the initiatives we're working on for 2011:

A Strong Sales Pipeline

dPollution intends to expand its pipeline of sales opportunities, with a concentrated focus on fleet sales and government buying groups. We currently have sales negotiations in various stages of completion with:

  • Mercosur, a common market region composed Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay, with a population of more than 242 million.

  • The Caribbean Community (CARICOM), an organization of 15 Caribbean nations and dependencies.

  • One of the world's most polluted cities, which is interested in purchasing 100,000 units of the dPollution Device, based on successful product testing.

Growth in Management Strength

We believe the ultimate success of a company is directly related to the strength of its top management. To this end, we conducted an extensive executive search for senior talent in 2010. In Q1 of this year, we plan to announce the appointment of executives with extensive business experience to top positions within our company.

Product Development

Our product development department continues to refine the dPollution Device to enhance its ability to reduce pollution and increase fuel economy. Product improvements include:

  • Integration and implementation of new intelligent sensor technology.

  • Hardware updates to reflect our use of smaller components allowing for different product applications.

We're also working on the expansion of our product suite to address additional industry verticals and new markets. We anticipate reporting our progress in these areas in the near future.

Ongoing Testing, Research and Development

A number of internationally recognized, independent research facilities have already tested the dPollution Device and validated its effectiveness. We anticipate also announcing these further test results in the coming months.

Branding and Product Marketing

We continue to prepare for an international brand launch of the dPollution Device following completion of current product refinement efforts. Components of the launch will include:

  • The unveiling of a new brand name.

  • Introduction of our new corporate look and new product packaging.

  • An advertising campaign to create broad awareness of the new brand and product lines.

Intellectual Property Protection

We currently have patent pending improvements filed in Italy to protect new technological advancements that we have developed for our dPollution Device. We already have technology patents in the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico and Europe.

In Summary

As you can see, 2011 is shaping up to be a momentous year for your company. We're pleased at the advances we're making on behalf of you, the company's shareholders. The positive outcomes of our research and development and product verification efforts have substantially escalated demand for our product. Going forward, our objective as always is to achieve our stated goals efficiently and honestly and to take advantage of new opportunities as they arise.

I look forward to providing continued updates on dPollution's progress and thank you for your continued confidence and support.

On behalf of the Board of Directors

Yours truly,

Rocco Di Fruscia, President and Chief Executive Officer
