"Dr. Limptooth" Wins Multiple Awards at the Los Angeles Comedy Festival

SALT LAKE CITY, UT--(Marketwire - Jun 30, 2011) - Nexia Holdings, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: NXHD) subsidiary Redline Entertainment is proud to announce that Dr. Limptooth's Adam Johnson and Julie Gonzalo (Dodgeball, Eli Stone TV series, and lead in the upcoming remake of the TV show Dallas) won best actor and actress at the Los Angeles Comedy Festival. Dr. Limptooth was also nominated for best screenwriting, best directing, best ensemble cast, and best of festival.

Nexia's Redline Entertainment recently obtained certain rights to license Dr. Limptooth for distribution. The terms of the agreement in general provide that Redline will receive a commission on the gross proceeds generated by the sale of the foreign licensing rights.

Richard Surber, Nexia's CEO commented, "Whenever a film receives awards or is nominated for awards it improves the worldwide salability of the film. The best outcome would be a theatrical release for Dr. Limptooth. A theatrical release could exponentially increase the foreign distribution sales of the film, which could mean a significant revenue stream for Redline's efforts on Dr. Limptooth. I hope that potential shareholders are beginning to see the revenue potential in obtaining numerous licensing rights to quality feature length independent films like Dr. Limptooth. As Redline continues to build a library of high quality award winning films its chances of generating substantial revenue increase."

Dr. Limptooth is in the final stages of post production and will be ready for buyers to screen this summer. Dr. Limptooth is a vampire comedy written and directed by Matt Jespersen and Maclain Nelson. Dr. Limptooth also stars Gary Cole, whose credits include Pineapple Express, Entourage, The Jones, Hop, and the cult classic Office Space.

Nexia's wholly owned subsidiary Redline Entertainment, Inc. is currently marketing the following films whose trailers can be viewed by clicking on the following links: The Kane Files, Dawn of the Dragon Slayer (formerly known as Paladin), Dr. Limptooth, Love and Mary and Pirates of the Great Salt Lake.
