Dr. Louann Brizendine Joins Hygéia™ Advisory Board

Leading Neuropsychiatrist and Noted Author Brings Invaluable Experience

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 18, 2007 -- Hygéia Personal Care Products, Inc., developer and marketer of innovative feminine care products designed exclusively for young women under the Petite Amie brand, announced today the addition of Dr. Louann Brizendine to its advisory board. Dr. Brizendine is the Founder and Director of The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Women's and Teens' Mood and Hormone Clinic. In 2006, she released her best selling first book, "The Female Brain." Louann brings Hygéia a wealth of knowledge on the enormous transition teenage girls face from girlhood to womanhood.

Other Hygéia advisory board members include: David Soward, Founder of Urban Decay Cosmetics, a leading cosmetic brand sold around the world; Sylvie Lemaire, President and Owner of Fempro Inc., an eminent feminine hygiene manufacturer in Québec, Canada; and Mark S. Greenfield, Managing Partner of Greenfield & Rich LLP, a Los Angeles-based law and consulting firm specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.

"I look forward to working with Hygéia as they continue to build the Petite Amie brand as the only teenage-focused company in the feminine care industry," said Brizendine. "As a doctor, I know the value that Hygéia's products and education provide to young women."

Petite Amie is like no other feminine care brand, it's an upscale, culture-forward brand that speaks the language of teenage girls, opening a healthy, vital dialog about a tricky subject -- puberty.

"Louann's unmatched experience, expertise and advice will be extremely valuable in our continued efforts to help teenage girls through one of the hardest time both physically and emotionally," said Hygéia Founder and President Toyna J. Chin. "We are excited to have her on board as we continue to grow our business."
