Dr. William M. Fraser Elected to OurPet's Board of Directors

FAIRPORT HARBOR, OH -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 20, 2007 -- OurPet's Company (OTCBB: OPCO), a growing designer, developer, producer, and marketer of accessory and consumable pet products, today announced that Dr. William M. Fraser, DVM (52) has been elected to its Board of Directors.

Dr. Fraser, a graduate of the Ohio State University, College of Veterinary Medicine, is the owner of Companion Pet Care Centers in Ohio. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association where he serves on the Practice Act Task Force. Dr. Fraser also is a contributing author for petEncyclopedia and several journals and has made extensive appearances on radio and television. Dr. Fraser fills a Board seat that was previously held by Mr. Carl Fazio, who resigned from the Board in accordance with Morgan Stanley's rules of compliance.
