SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwired - March 06, 2014) - Today Drawbridge, the leader in cross-device advertising, announces the addition of Polly Lieberman to its executive team as the company's new VP of Sales for the East and Central regions. The opportunity for cross-device and mobile advertising is reaching a critical level, with comScore reporting that smartphones and tablets now account for over half of the time audiences spend on digital media. Lieberman will be responsible for building out the New York office and deepening Drawbridge's relationships with key advertisers and agencies on the East coast.
"Polly's past digital advertising experiences, her reputation within the industry and her no-nonsense personality provide an ideal combination for the newest member of our executive team," said Drawbridge CEO Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan. "We're looking forward to having her lead Drawbridge's growth in the New York and Central markets."
Lieberman brings over 15 years of experience in sales leadership and revenue strategy. Most recently, she led agency sales for Celtra in North America, where she was instrumental in driving the company to profitability in Q3 2012 with revenue growth over 300%. Lieberman has a strong track record in the industry, having previously been a sales leader for GOGII, Local Response, and KikuCall.
Lieberman becomes the second Drawbridge executive to be included on Business Insider's "Most Powerful Women in Mobile Advertising" list, having been included on this list in 2012 as well as in 2013 alongside Drawbridge CEO, Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan. In 2011, Lieberman was recognized as one of Mobile Marketer's "Women to Watch."
Drawbridge, known for pioneering cross-device ad targeting solutions, uses a statistical triangulation technique to estimate a match between a desktop or mobile browser cookie and a mobile device. Using this technology, the company has paired users to over one billion devices to date, and the number is rapidly growing. The addition of Lieberman will help Drawbridge tap into her deep agency ties, including Digitas, MEC, and MediaVest, as well as brand advertisers such as Paramount Pictures, Chase, Land Rover, and Macy's.
"I couldn't be more excited about joining the Drawbridge team," said Lieberman. "I've been involved with mobile marketing for over a decade, and Drawbridge's technology is making waves in the industry. It's an incredible opportunity."
Lieberman joins Drawbridge's extensive team of accomplished executives, including CEO Kamakshi Sivaramakrishnan (former AdMob and Google scientist), COO Eric Rosenblum (former Product Director at Google), Daryl McNutt, VP of Marketing (previously SVP of Marketing at BrightRoll), Devin Guan, VP of Engineering (formerly Chief Architect at Answers.com), Rahul Bafna, VP of Product Management (previously Senior Director of Product Management at Flurry), and Rich Johnson, Head of North American Sales (previously at MediaMath).
Drawbridge has developed the first machine-learning ad technology to leverage insights from cross-device signals allowing advertisers and marketers to reach targeted audiences across multiple devices. Through its innovative technology, the company is able to gain insights and a much deeper understanding of audience behavior. Drawbridge works with six of the top seven online travel agencies, eight of the top twelve flash sales retailers, as well as top companies in local services, online payments, subscription media, and dating verticals. The company is located in Silicon Valley and is backed by Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins Caufield and Byers, and Northgate Capital. For more information, visit http://www.drawbrid.ge
