Drayton Harbor Announces Name Change to LED Power Group -- Company Appoints Senior Executives

SOLANA BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - February 20, 2009) - LED Power Group, Inc. (OTCBB: LEDP) (formerly DYHB) ("LED Power" or the "Company") wishes to advise it has effected a name change to LED Power Group, Inc., as part of its previously announced entry into the LED lighting sector. The Company is further pleased to announce the appointment of its senior executive team and welcomes Mr. Henry Tay as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Robert L. Jennings as President and Mr. Isidoro Gutierrez as Secretary and Treasurer.

LED Power Group, Inc. is fortunate to have assembled this distinguished group of senior executives as its core leadership. The Company will ultimately be led by a team offering expertise in specialized technology, management, finance, marketing, sales and manufacturing. LED Power Group aims to maximize the flexibility of its rapidly growing organizational structure to oversee, coordinate, and integrate the Company towards the delivery of significant triple-bottom-line value to our stakeholders.

Mr. Tay as company CEO brings an extensive financial and business background as a Director of TrussGroup Singapore Pte Ltd, Hydrabaths Asia Singapore Pte Ltd, Elxon Singapore Pte Ltd, Sunitech International Singapore Pte Ltd and Entech Hong Kong Pte Ltd. Mr. Tay has received a Vocational Certificate in Precision Engineering and his General Cambridge Ordinary Level and General Cambridge Advance Level certificates. Mr. Tay received his Bachelor of Marketing Degree from Royal Melbourne University of Technology.

Robert Jennings offers over 20 years of experience in the investment industry, most recently as a principal of Westmoore Management LLC. His tenure in the investment industry began with Royal Energy, where he represented the company's various limited partnership funds. Mr. Jennings' career highlights include the founding of Mission Capital Investment Group, as well as the management of C.K. Cooper's institutional sales department (part of Mission Capital) and as co-founder of Westmoore Management and Westmoore Trading Company.

Mr. Isidoro Gutierrez has been a leader in the technology industry since 1987. He previously held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and was a Director of VelociTel, Inc., VelociTel, LLC and their predecessor companies (a telecommunications architecture, engineering company). In this capacity, Mr. Gutierrez was involved with the network design and build-out of over 15,000 wireless facilities in the United States and abroad. He has held a variety of professional positions and responsibilities in the field of telecommunications including architecture, administration, engineering, field operations, construction, A&E Management and as a Program Manager on the Sprint PCS network. He was educated at Loyola Marymount University, in Los Angeles, California in Business Administration.

LED Power Group welcomes the new team and looks forward to furthering its aim of capitalizing the next generation revolution in lighting as a manufacturer of Light Emitting Diode ("LED") products and as a developer of revolutionary new "Hi-Brite" ("HB LED") solutions.
