WHO:   MG DiVine Foundation, LLC; performances by Grammy Award-winning
       artist Regina Belle, and Jazz favorite Marcus Johnson, hosted by
       KiKi Shepard from "Showtime at the Apollo"

WHAT:  The MG DiVine Foundation's All White Cocktail Affair will be at the
       Fredericksburg Expo and Conference Center on August 25, 2007. This
       is to announce the launch of The MG DiVine Foundation, LLC (a
       not-for-profit organization with 501C3 pending). The Foundation is
       designed to create different avenues to give back to the community.
       The affair will include live entertainment, food, an auction and
       book signing by authors, Bethena Smith ("Moving On" & "Letting Go")
       and Dr. Joe Dudley (CEO of Dudley Products). All proceeds to benefit
       the MG Foundation. Dream Homes of Fredericksburg will also present a
       home to a family in need to live in for up to 5 years, for little or
       no mortgage payments through a special program to lend them a hand,
       while getting back on their feet financially.

       is to help those who have lost all signs of hope. We at MG DiVine
       Foundation have taken an Oath to give friendly and courteous service
       to all. We will stand up and be counted as one of the few who has
       made a difference in the nation. We will strive to set examples for
       our families and friends on the gift of giving; and never ask anyone
       for more than they are willing to give with open hands. We at MG
       DiVine stand in the shoes of our Fore Fathers as leaders. Our job
       will not be complete until we have taught our fellow American how
       to live and let live.
