Sherwood Lee (Woody) Wallace, president and CEO of IRC, will continue as a senior consultant to Dresner Corporate Services in specialty areas including publicly held microcap companies, community banks and alternative investments. Formerly a senior partner at the Financial Relations Board, he founded IRC in 1982. With more than 43 years in investor relations, he is one of the pioneers of the industry, and is noted for providing distinctive service to an array of outstanding domestic and international companies. He is the co-author of New Dimensions in Investor Relations, John Wiley & Sons, as part of its Frontiers in Finance series.
