Dresner Partners Names Vincent Pappalardo Managing Director

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - June 14, 2007) - Dresner Partners, a leading NASD-registered, middle market investment bank, announced today that Vincent J. Pappalardo has joined the firm as managing director. His responsibilities as managing director will focus on middle market transactions within the metals and general industrial sectors.

Mr. Pappalardo has more than 19 years of professional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, valuations, solvency opinions, fairness opinions and financial restructuring transactions. Most recently, Mr. Pappalardo was a director in Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin's Basic Industrial Group. During his 11-year tenure with Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pappalardo focused on the metals and industrials sectors and advised public and private clients on transactions ranging from $50 million to $500 million. Mr. Pappalardo led transactions for major domestic and global steel companies. Mr. Pappalardo worked primarily in mergers and acquisitions, as well as transaction opinions and restructuring.

Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Mr. Pappalardo was a second vice-president in the corporate finance division for NBD Bank. Mr. Pappalardo holds a Master of Business Administration in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago's Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Illinois.
