VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - March 30, 2006) - Drucker Inc. (the "Company") (OTCBB:DKIN) announces that it has received the report of a forensic auditor retained by the Company to review the Company's financial transactions during 2003, 2004 and 2005 and as a result of the report's conclusions has commenced legal action against two former directors of the Company, the wife of one of the former directors and three companies owned by the aforesaid former directors, to require them to account for and to repatriate any corporate funds which were expended without due authorization or for an improper purpose. The Company also seeks redress for loss of business opportunity and for damages.

It has recently come to the attention of the Company that Mr. Ron Xie and Mr. Nick Ringma claim to have resigned as directors and officers of the Company in September and August of 2005 respectively. This claim is currently under investigation.

The new Board is currently reviewing its corporate business files and preparing to bring its regulatory filings up to date and is attending to other immediate financial reporting difficulties experienced by the Company under the previously constituted Board. It is also the present Board's intention to immediately review new business opportunities for the Company.
