Druk Capital Partners Begins Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 8, 2010) - Druk Capital Partners Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DRU.P) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has completed its initial public offering ("IPO") of 2,000,000 common shares, at a price of $0.10 per share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $200,000 (the "IPO"). The TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV") has accepted the Company's Listing Application and the Company's common shares have commenced trading on the TSXV on September 7, 2010 under the trading symbol "DRU.P".

M Partners Inc. acted as agent on the IPO. As consideration for assisting in completing the prospectus offering, the Company: (i) paid a commission of 6% of the gross proceeds of the IPO; (ii) paid a corporate finance fee of $5,000 plus HST on closing of the IPO; (iii) issued Agent's Options to acquire 120,000 common shares of the Company exercisable at $0.10 per share for a period of two years from the listing date of the Company's shares on the TSXV, and (iv) paid the Agent's incurred expenses.

As a result of the closing of the IPO, the Company now has 5,500,000 common shares issued and outstanding (of which 3,500,000 shares are subject to escrow restrictions). The Company also has a total of 370,000 shares reserved for issuance pursuant to: (i) the exercise of up to 250,000 incentive stock options, exercisable at $0.10 per share expiring on August 30, 2015, and (ii) the 120,000 Agents Options referred to above.

About the Company

The company is a capital pool company (CPC) within the meaning of the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. The company will use the net proceeds of the IPO to identify and evaluate potential qualifying transactions pursuant to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company's board of directors consists of Darin Wagner (Chairman), James Davidson (CFO and Corporate Secretary), Michael Byron and Gordon Neal. Kelly Klatik is the Company's President and CEO.
