Drumroll Please: HRO Today Reveals Annual RPO Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings

2013 List Ranks Top Providers of RPO Services, Based on Largest Study Performed in the RPO Market

EDISON, NJ--(Marketwired - Sep 19, 2013) -   SharedXpertise, the publishers of HRO Today Magazine and producers of a variety of popular HR outsourcing and HR technology events and publications, today announced the results of the 2013 HRO Today Magazine RPO Baker's Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey.

A coveted ranking on this high-profile list directly results from feedback gathered during a rigorous online survey process of RPO customers. This year, more than 900 individual responses were received, making the survey the largest body of research performed in the RPO market. In addition to ranking the top enterprise RPO organizations, HRO Today separated customer responses from Europe and the Asia Pacific region to generate distinct lists for those regions. Survey responses from healthcare provider companies were also amassed to produce HRO Today's first ever industry-specific list for healthcare RPO.
