Dryer Vent Wizard Recognizes Outstanding Franchisees

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI--(Marketwired - Jun 15, 2015) - Dryer Vent Wizard (DVW) recently recognized seven of the company's outstanding franchise owners. Founded in 2004 and ranked in Entrepreneur's Franchise 500 List, DVW specializes in dryer vent repair, replacement, alteration, cleaning and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.

"These franchisees made significant contributions to our growth during the past year," said Terry Reuer, CEO of DVW. "It's their dedication and commitment to delivering quality customer service along with their eagerness for continuing improvement that have contributed to the company's success."

Webb Dickson, who serves Middlesex and Essex counties in eastern Massachusetts, received "Franchise of the Year" for providing knowledge, counsel and assistance with DVW's technology projects.

The "Hall of Fame" award winner was Jim Buie, a DVW franchisee since 2006. A resident of Tarboro, N. Carolina, Buie services the state's "Triangle," which includes Raleigh, Chapel Hill and Durham. He has been recognized year after year for his hard work and consistent growth.

Carla Bryan and Richard Touchette, DVW franchise owners in San Francisco, Calif., received the "Shining Star" award. They were recognized for exceptional contributions to the Dryer Vent Wizard system and for helping with the Delinting Road Show, a mobile training unit that is used to provide service training for franchisees across the country.

Receiving the "System Builder" award was Keith O'Loane of Kentucky. A DVW franchisee since 2007, O'Loane services customers in southern Indiana and along the Interstate 64 corridor from Louisville to Lexington. O'Loane contributed to the development and introduction of a new proprietary service for DVW customers.

"Rookie of the Year" was presented to new franchisee Alan Walker of western Michigan for outstanding performance in sales, customer service, workmanship and marketing during the first year of operation.

"This year we introduced 'Make It Happen' awards to franchisees who demonstrated consistent performance and improvement over the years while growing their business," said Reuer.

One of these included Franchisee Rhonda Nole of northern California, who expanded her business to include serving multi-residential complexes of up to 200 units.

"We make sure we provide the same quality services for these multi-units as we do for our customers in individual residences," said Nole.

Committed to delivering quality services, Paul Beum of Blue Ridge, Virginia, received the "Make It Happen" award. A franchisee since 2013, Beum's hard work and dedication have contributed to his business' success.

Along with providing cleaning and maintenance services, DVW franchisees work to educate customers about proper dryer maintenance, regular check-ups, energy savings and fire prevention.
