DryShips Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.20 per Common Share

ATHENS, GREECE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 19, 2005 -- DryShips Inc. (NASDAQ: DRYS) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the Company's quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share, payable October 31, 2005, to stockholders of record on September 30, 2005.
